  • Storage: This information is stored securely within our WordPress database on our secure server.

B. Direct Email Communications

  • Data Collected: Your email address, name (if provided), and the content of your message.
  • Purpose (Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest): To read and respond to your direct inquiries, comments, or support requests.
  • Storage and Retention: We retain this data only for as long as necessary to resolve your request. We do not store your contact information for any other purpose and we do not add you to any mailing list or subscription automatically.

3. We Do Not Collect or Use Your Data For:

  • Marketing or Newsletters: We do not maintain a separate “newsletter” and will not send you any promotional emails beyond the content digests you explicitly signed up for.
  • Advertising or Profiling: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address or any other personal data for third-party advertising or to create user profiles.
  • Sharing with Third Parties (Except Essential Services): We only share your email address with the minimal service provider required to perform the email sending function MailPoet Sending Service. This third party is contractually bound to keep your data secure and use it only for the purpose of sending our digest emails.

4. How You Can Control Your Data (Your Rights)

You have full control over the data we hold, which is only your email address and frequency preference. As a subscriber, you have the following rights:
